As a software vendor we have thousands of feature ideas that we would like to implement. And though we would like it implement anything possible, we still have to prioritize the requests and work on the ones that appear more important to the overall community first.
Still, in some cases, a feature request is very important to a customer but is not high on our priority list. In these scenarios, we offer consulting services where we can be paid for our development time to implement the feature in the short term. When we are contracted to implement a feature, it becomes our top development priority other than bug fixes. Please note that SoftFluent retains all rights and ownership of the implemented feature and it will go into the product for our other customers to use as well. This will also benefit the customer if we make future improvements to the feature.
