If you don't have a license yet:
Activation is required and ensures that each licenced product is not installed on more that the limited number of computers allowed.
You can activate the product through the "CodeFluent Entities Activation" wizard which appears when creating your first project and choose between:
- Free trial: Try before buying! Fully functional 30-day trial unlimited in features and model size
- Registered : Activate your CodeFluent Entities license
If you already have a license key, it will be available on your Account page.
Clicking on the "Download" button will download the CodeFluent Entities Modeler setup.
This setup installs a Visual Studio Extension adding CodeFluent Entities projects and requires Visual Studio 2008 SP1 or upper (e.g. Visual Studio 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015).
Once installed, launch Visual Studio to create a new CodeFluent Entities project!

CodeFluent Entities Modeler Edition is integrated to Microsoft Visual Studio ®, consequently Microsoft Visual Studio ® 2008 SP1 or upper must be installed prior to installing CodeFluent Entities.

All components require the .NET Framework 2.0 to be installed.
Software requirements depend on the targeted platform and/or technology, for instance:
- SQL Server Producer require SQL Server 2005 or upper and SQL-DMO,
- Oracle Producer require Oracle Database 10g or upper,
- SharePoint Producer require WSS 3.0 or upper.
