SHAREPOINT LIST SYNCHRONIZER FOR EXCEL is a tool created by SoftFluent to automatically restore the two-way synchronization feature when exporting lists from SharePoint to Excel.
In Microsoft Office Excel 2003, you could read from and write to lists that reside on SharePoint sites. This feature is disabled by default in Microsoft Excel
version 2007 and 2010.
The SharePoint List Synchronizer for Excel addresses this issue and allows Excel users to transparently open SharePoint Lists in two-way sync mode.
