SharePoint List Synchronizer is licensed by user (not simultaneous users, but installed users). The price per user goes down quickly if your team is large. This is a one time only price. You will not be charged maintenance or annual fees. We will do our best to maintain compatibility with future versions of Excel, SharePoint and SharePoint Online
