SharePoint List Synchronizer

Leverage your Excel productivity

Update your SharePoint lists directly from Excel

Export your existing SharePoint lists and read, modify, share it within Excel.

SharePoint List Synchronizer enables two-way synchronization between Excel (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016) and SharePoint lists (SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016).

As opposed to the native one-way synchronization offered by Microsoft, you can actually change your SharePoint list data within Excel.

Excel will respect SharePoint access rights for editing and viewing.

Client only

Setup is client-side only (on any Windows PC) and does not require Administrator rights. Nothing is needed on the server side.

Update lists offline

Work offline with SharePoint lists and synchronize back your changes when you are back online.

Deploy the component across your enterprise automatically.

When we had to migrate to Office 2007 I was really surprised Microsoft removed the two-way synchronization. Fortunately could find out Softfluent add-in and it was a fabulous discovery. It allows us to work as we like and need at a very good price

Our SharePoint sites include a very large user base, some with limited access to the intranet, so they have to use Excel as their interface. SharePoint List Synchronizer is the only tool that allows exports to synchronize both directions when using Excel 2007/2010/2013 a single spreadsheet allows links with multiple web sites!

We have designed SharePoint List Synchronizer to be as easy as possible to use. However, you might still need help. Please find below a short summary of its features; a documentation explaining setup and how to start with SharePoint List Synchronizer; and a list of frequent questions and answers.
